Made it to Master 2 today..
Turned out Hog's quite useful..
This is my army :
50 archers lv5
26 hogs lv4
1 dragon lv3
Hogs can be very useful for 3 starring th7 & 8 bases..
And also 50% th9 bases
But most of my trophies came from th sniping..
I also got lucky and found +32 from 3 starring th7
Dragon is there for townhall protected with teslas and in case my hero is asleep.
It's quite exhausting, 50% th10 base is almost impossible..
Most of the time i skip it..
I got stuck here before using th sniping..
My old record was 2842, let's see if i can beat it this time..

BAMing to masters as a TH8 for a couple days now. Sniping town halls and getting 50% on TH8s and the odd TH7s. It's been a grind so far and I just hit crystal 2 (started at gold 2). Figure it'll take a few more days.

Th 8 in champs... That's impressive if you make it. Not many th8s can even get to masters

I would be very interested in seeing you accomplish this. I was going to push from gold 2 to masters 3 while waiting for TH9. Got to 2355 (crystal 2) but the wait times on the armies got crazy for me. It can def be done you just have to want it. I rarely Th snipe, I have no patience for it, but have found a mix of drags and hogs to work wonders. This is all post update hogs to so it works for sure. Throw pics up of your progress.

I frankly would be astonished if you made it to champions league at th8. I only made it to master 3 at 2609 trophies and it was a pain! Bad army combo sets you way back. Resources were a problem too.
