Maybe the 1st week or August.. Maybe ? But I totally want the event to be in July because me and my family are

going to Disneyland because it is my baby cousin's first birthday ever.. And The last week of August is school

Its going to be hard to find a date in the summer when someone islike a n't on vacation. I think late July seems like enough time to get everything scheduled,

So is this going to be community-organized? or will here be a team? Who will make the main post?

If we do it too late, people will be in school, and too early people are still in the heat of summer (pardon the pun)

Most people have summer break from june to September, of course some get in earlier. I would say that Mid-late July would be the best range, we can't satisfy everyone with the date, but it'll be the range where most people can be available to participate.

• When the clans will take place - Late July

• How long will the push last - 1 or 2 weeks, this can be debatable, but I'd say one week is fine.

• When and how often players should be moved based on trophies - Looking back at the last forum elite, we had four clans that players were based into. If you are planning to do four clans again, we can arange in requirements of 3000+, 2700+, 2400+, 2000+

• How to run the sign up process - Open up a sign up thread for about 4 weeks, then close signups to open rosters.

• How to initially sort the clans: Base strength (Lvl, TH lvl, Troop lvl, defense lvl, wall lvl)

• What to do with empty slots by no shows: Organize a waiting list for the people that didn't get to go to the event because of limited space, if people on rosters don't show up, then those players can be moved to the event.

• Establish a few simple rules for conduct: Higher lvl base requirements

Anything before August 11th is fine for me, after that school begins for me again.

If I'm not mistaken the majority of us here are under 18, so we have school starting mid- august ish. I will be available for the planning but not the execution.

organizing members
Creating and prioritizing waiting lists
Devising and managing 'customer support'
Managing Junior Elite
