I'm a th8 as well and our bases are pretty similar in defense levels and walls, but I'm about 11 levels lower than you. (I haven't maxed out my collectors or barracks) Anyway, I've tried pushing for masters twice and as soon as I hit Crystal and close in on 2100 , I start running into a lot of well upgraded th10's. Barely ever see any th8's and I definitely don't ever see a th exposed. So yeah , my question is , did you barch all the way up there exclusively , or did you use some other compositions from time to time?

All you need is archers if your hall hunting

I hall hunted to master with all archers

Requirements are time and wits

I barched all the way up, if the th is exposed I deploy only 3 archers, so I can attack right away!

I get stuck most of the time around 1790 trophies. TH's are all tucked away after that. Hard to find.

I did it yesterday on my mini within 6 hours from gold1 to masters (before the forced break message). But then again, I have lots of experience in masters with my main.
