I will say this is a great guide, but idk, it's not working for me. I'm a th9 with lvl5 archer and barbs with archers going to 6 in bout 5 days and lvl3 minis. It's impossible for me to get even half the storages on a th9, even premie, unless I use all minis and heroes and rage spells and I end up with either a small net gain or negative. I do not spam my troops in one spot, but at some point, they all bunch together and the mortar/ wizzie towers make short work of them. Any help along my way?

BAM does take some practice and you also need to recognize what bases it works good on and what bases it's not a good fit for.
I see a lot of bases with 300k/300k that I skip on by because I know I can only get 1 storage with BAM. If I can get two, then I may hit it.

Your primary goal should be to hit collector bases (when available) and when they're not you should look for easier storage raids. When you do hit a storage raid you will almost always need to use all of your minions and more times than not use at least one rage spell. The rage is what makes the minions the beasts that they are.

I'd recommend hitting youtube and watching a bunch of BAM video's. I didn't want to do a full BAM tutorial because I think there's been a few of them already and youtube has quite a few good video's with examples.

Remember, this farming strategy isn't about always getting 4M gold per hour. It's about maximizing the amount of gold per hour you can get with the current loot being offered. Some days are great and some aren't so great.

This is a great guide! This and your DE tutorial are the best guides on these forums imo. I started using this guide about a week ago to farm gold. I've been working on my skull walls and Teslas trying to max my TH 8 base. If really helped speed the process up! Only 72 left and should be done in less than a week. Should hit TH 9 in 12 days with all maxed at TH 8, except for a few de troops. If you were me, would you focus on the elixir upgrades first at TH 9, (army camps, troops, etc.) and then focus on DE farming and getting started on heroes? Trying to get a plan going for TH 9. Thanks for any help!

For TH9 upgrades I absolutely recommend hitting your money makers first.
For TH9 the big things you want are 220 troop spaces and lvl 6 barb/arch. Spell Factory is nice, but not as urgent because you're really just getting another spell storage slot.
For elixir farming I use the exact same BAM strategy, but I just look for high elixir numbers available vs. high gold numbers. I'm sure you're already discovering that elixir comes in pretty fast with BAM.

My priority order for TH9 is as follows:
Lab (for lvl 6 troops)
Camps
Elixir storage (to get to lvl 6 archers)
lvl 6 Barb (if storage isn't ready for lvl 6 archers)
lvl 6 Archer
DE drill

Obviously you won't have enough elixir to build them all at once, so I think I did 2 xbows straight away, 3rd builder on lab, 4th builder on camp & 5th builder on camp.
Then as elixir is available I'd do the next on my priority list or whatever gold upgrade was shortest to free a builder when I felt I'd have enough elixir.

For DE upgrades, minions are my top priority so I want to get them to lvl 5 as quick as possible. It's a little bit of a pickle because BAM isn't the "best" way to get DE, but you should steadily increase. I did manage to get all my minion upgrades while BAMing, but there are faster ways such as what we're using in my DE thread. However, that method uses a ton more elixir which isn't conducive to your main goal when you hit TH9 of hitting your elixir upgrades.
So, personally I'd shelf the DE upgrades until after you finish your main elixir upgrades and get your lvl 6 troops. Once you get lvl 6 giants (after barb/arch) you can either continue a gold focus (using BAM) or shift to a DE focus to max your heroes while steadily working on defenses.

Thanks for the great feedback! That's pretty much the plan I had in my head. Also, I'm really impressed with your 4 million an hour gold farming. I'm still new to bam and I'm getting use to it's limitations. Over the past week, I've averaged 4 to 4.5 million gold every 2 hour boost farming around the 1400 to 1600 trophy range. I hope to be able to get that up, but right now that is good enough. Kinda worried about farming at TH 9 after reading the forums. lol To listen to everyone talk around here, loot is almost impossible to get there. I guess that's one of the reasons I like your guide so much. You prove that loot is there to be had. Thanks again!
