I had witnessed ghosting a couple of times, you have three choices really.
1) Report them to SuperCell [no idea if it works, but can always try.]
2) Fight them without ghosting, making a potential win more satifying.
3) Fight fire with fire, and ghost them back.
It sucks though, really wish SuperCell just put up a warning screen saying "Once you hit attack the battle will record regardless of action".
That way ghosting would be impossible to do.
1) We reported their clan to Supercell.
2) How can we fight against the ghosting ?? We can't do anything ! I know my clan is better but we won 26 wars and this is frustrating to loose the war like this !

It's tolerated by SC.
They cut it back on iOS to 30 seconds (never worked on Android at all) and they do not punish people that ghost.
So I would think it is tolerated.
I have never used it myself, but if my base was ghosted in a CW, I would not hesitate to use it on the opponents base as well to level the playing field.

your member clan base are not to strong . just compare your clan member and my clan member. that too far… your clan just only th 10 by inferno but all weapon are weaka, when you say you guys better . we won 29 and we was against by a clan like this and we still win . if you know what we can do just do it against us , . just doing annoying if strong enough just try to win us loser
