Alright, so I come back from working a long day at hospital, well make it short sorry.

My lil bro asks me if there is something going on with CoC? Since I also play it! I asked him to show me whats wrong and everytime it would load up on his NEXTBOOK 8"x6" Tablet, it would halfway load and crash!

I said why not try uninstalling and reinstalling? (Not knowing he would lose his village) and so he did it, I started it up, and BAM! Welcome chief blah blah! HE HAS TO START OVER! He started crying honestly and I felt super bad for him!

How can I get hos account back?? Any help? I logged him off google play or that plus thing and relogged and nothing!

Help please? I sent the report with his current townhall being upgraded to 7 and xp level 33 and clan name Element115.

Is their no way to get it back?

If he didn't connect the game to google play than there is no way to get it back. Also if he is a level 33 at town hall 7 than I think it did him a favor.

hi sorry about your loss lol i would recommend contacting supercell support they might be able to help you but it can take a bit for them to repond

Please follow these steps:

1. Open Clash
2. Go to in game settings
3. Make sure you are connected to a G+ account, your old village will get linked to it.
4. Press Help and Support which is found via the in game settings menu.
5. Press Report an Issue.
6. Press Other Problem.

If you can't access the in game report an issue feature please email support at clashofclans.android@supercell.net



The following information will be required:

Name of the old village:
Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
Town Hall level of the lost village:
Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:

If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

It is recommended that you DO NOT PASS TOWN HALL 4 on the new village, this may cause problems in the recovery procedure!

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

If you don't get a reply after a month or two please post back stating your ticket number.

Clearly what you are doing is not helping but bashing him instead. Clearly it says 9+ age? No one is perfect.
