I have no idea what you guys are talking about! There is no "hakcing" or "glitch" in the game, according to Supercell. You don't believe me!? Have a look at the correspondence below and see it yourself! It is your internet connection! Call your internet providers and ask them to compensate the trophies you've lost! Stop blaming or badmouthing Supercell! They are innocent!
p.s. Please note that I have removed the personal info and the drama bit (where I whinge about losing trophies, gems, trophies, etc) from the correspondence.

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and playing Clash of Clans!
Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in responding your email as we have been receiving higher volumes than usual. This is certainly not the customary time for a response and your understanding is greatly appreciated.
I am very sorry to hear you have lost attack and resources.
Sometimes a player might get disconnected from the game without being immediately notified. If this happens during battle, any troops you deploy after disconnection will not be registered by the server, and the remainder of your battle will be fought with whatever troops you deploy before the disconnection. This usually means you lose the battle, some of your loot and attack, but you will not lose any of the troops that you deploy after being disconnected.
As with any online game, please make sure that you play Clash of Clans on a stable internet connection. Lost connections usually occur due to a poor Wi-Fi signal, your local internet service provider and/or device performance. It’s also important that you regularly empty your device memory by closing applications, restarting your device, and removing any unused apps that are unnecessarily taking up memory.
Again, I am sorry for the frustration this has caused you and thank you for your patience.
Have a great day and Clash on!

Here is a screenshot of the sync error message. I have won that battle and returned back to my village to find that the battle was registered as a defeat!
I hope you resolve the issue soon.
Thanks

Dear Supercell,
I am writing to you regarding the connection issues that I have been experiencing for a while.
I have reported this issue before when I was playing on my other account, however, you have denied that the issue was at your end and blamed my internet connection. I have recently upgraded my internet connection to Fiberoptic and still having this issue, sync error and connection lost messages appear on the screen. When "sync error" appears it usually happens after I complete my battle and return to my village. I have just won a battle and returned to my village to find that "sync error" msg again and when I reloaded the game I realised that I had lost the battle that I actually won!! This is the sixth time I am having this issue within the last 4-5 days. Interestingly, this connection issue occurs for a short period of time and then stops for a while. Also, on several occasions I noticed that whilst one device's connection is absolutely fine, the other one loses connection or goes out of sync when I play both accounts at the same time ! |
