It was to fix the issue, no one ever said that people would get banned as of this MB. Would you rather a quick MB to fix the issue and sort out the band later? Or a prolonged MB as of SC issuing bans? I'm sure 99% of people would rather the first option...

Supercell has to do something in this.They didn't warn/ban any che-ater.Lets just say all 200 players in leaderboards are gemmers.(They are more)They spend $2k (some more) each month.PlayClashofClans spent (from the beggining) around $80k,Jorge Yao spent $20k.Gemmers pay $11k to max out to their TH10(+1 trophy= 5$)When hac-kers che@t and someone looses trophies(25 trophies x 5=110$),they loose money and supercell earns.Just have in mind that Supercell earns a lot of money,just by gemmers and by players loosing by h@ckers.
