I'm a paying customer and this issue cost me trophies, gems and time. Therefore, I'm expecting a satisfactory apology and compensation from SC for my loss. Obviously, you are not yet in a position to provide me what I am after, but please do keep replying if you are desperate to increase the number of posts you have. I understand from other forumers that members trying to increase the number of their posts usually aim to become a moderator. I hope I can help you achieve this, if this is what you're trying to do.
If anybody genuinely wants to help, please could you let me know how to take my case further. Where and how I can report SC's unfair practice? I would like a satisfactory compensation for the loss of my trophies, gems and time as well as the inconvenience caused. Thanks in advance.
