Those people are not customer care. SC staff have big blue/orange bars under their name stating their position. Moderators of the forum have green.

I reached out to customer care via the in-game-functionality. From those guys I got the standard bull♥♥♥♥ CC reply...

There is a limit to what you can describe in the forums, but SuperCell should be aware of it. Using your SC decision flowchart, I expect the second one will happen with a long lag.

It sucks that this is the reality with SuperCell though..

They are making sooo much money, I don't understand any of the following:

Why does it take soo long to fix a problem?

Why havnt they fixed the building time bug?(2 years so far this bug has been here)

Why don't they have better customer service?

Ah yes automated response. If you look in the large threads in bugs and problems you will see a moderator acknowledging the problem and suggesting that SC are working on it.

Do not forget software has bugs and bugs take time to identify and correct.

It is unfortunate their magic wand was over used and damaged as a result of the moderators playing with it a couple weeks ago. The magic wand repair shop needs a magic wand to repair the magic wands. Am I right?

both times "Sync Error" check the opponents stats. They are taking the competition out of this game. Even though it didnt work that one time

I am the leader of a Top100 clan, Totalgermanen, not in the crazy 4000+ spot, but around 3700-3800. High enough to know what´s the gameplay here is about. Invested hours and hours and hours and as well a decent amount of gems to get there.

It´s bad enough that you have to waste hours for searching someone with more than 1 cup to earn, but if some un-honest people are now ♥♥♥♥♥ing and stealing my honestly earned cups it´s enough.

Yes, Coc is h-a-c-k-e-d.

It´s always the same: you are hitting a village with decent cups. After maybe 10-20 seconds you get disconnected. If you are stupid enough to place troops, then you can fight for the next 60 sec, and then get kicked. That happened approx. 10-12 times to me.

Since yesterday I lost net net 54 cups by that breach.

Supercell you have a huge huge security problem.

I am pretty sure you will play the usual PR bull♥♥♥♥ bingo for the next days until you cannot ignore it anymore. But look in the clan infos of the top clans... It´s too big to hide it anymore.

Give the honest players the cups back and ban the ♥♥♥♥♥ers. Fix it as long you you have it under control.

The day for the ♥♥♥♥ers to get banned shall come
