You want to permanently ban someone who might've put $10,000 into their account for glitching once? Yes this was a huge glitch and people gained an unfair amount of trophies, but not every case is the same! That is why supercell is reviewing everything on a case by case basis and deciding what they think is fair for each offender individually. Again, do you take away someones expensive car when they get stopped for speeding? And speeding can result in crashes that END lives.

In a fair world, that is very reasonable. I'm not quite understanding what the argument is here? An opinion was made on whether they should be banned or not, logic in this area would have the h4ckers banned. But as any other high rollers on this planet, they will get away relatively scott free.

Yes, supercell can definitely improve some thing, especially customer support. But at least they seem headed in the right direction. They just need to realize their game has grown beyond the ability of their current staff to handle adequately. I'm sure they will hire more people soon, they are aware of how the community feels and the actions they have taken the past few days hopefully signify that changes are coming.

How am I supposed to know that you meant there isn't clouds from 3200-3600, you never specified. The way you ended your statement makes it seem as if you meant to say there arent clouds from 3600-4000. Regardless, I wasn't referring to gameplay above 4000 trophies, the statement I made was that I pushed from 3200-3700 in about a day.

Toxic, how can we not be upset that we got stole from? What is SC doing to recoup what was taken? Basically nothing. Examples need to be made by banning the people that did this. 30 defensive wins, how many gems to you think that negated? That is stealing peoples money in a round about way. Any of you that think that is ok?
