Supercell fix this ♥♥♥♥ or many top players will quit this game

I just watched a video from one of the top players' Youtube channels (I won't name any names), but in his latest video, he says that he was one of the players that got banned. He also said that he has 7 iPads with multiple accounts that he uses to donate to himself, etc., and he says that most of the top players do this as well. He said that only one of his accounts got banned and that he still plays on the other accounts. But I thought having multiple accounts was a violation of the TOS as well. Is this just something that is not enforced?

Here is that section of the Terms of Service:

You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, sell or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself; You shall not use the Service if you have previously been removed by Supercell, or previously been banned from playing any Supercell game;.

What seems to be overlooked in this thread is that the people who ♥♥♥♥♥ed stole time effort and money in the forum of cups from other players in the game.

Supercell hands out bans of not even a month, gives no restitution to those who lost cups, at least i haven't seen any.

The message is clear, we take ♥♥♥♥♥ing lightly and could care less about those who don't and are directly affected by it.

I feel eel sorry for those that will keep playing and supporting this callous group of individuals at supercell. They have shown who they are and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

no restitution for those affected and a slap on the wrist for those who caused the problem.

why do i find it hard to believe this guy? for one, he just admitted he has the means and know how to ♥♥♥♥♥. two, he belonged to a clan that had them ****ters right?

i won 23 defences last season and 10 so far this. I am a straight player at 3480 trophies. Dont use any mods, never have. I am concerned that as a result of this I have been accused of being a c heat. Btw I only win about 50/50. Dont blame all good defence layouts
