Ty for the welcome and the answers! But im still confused... it seens they dont ban ppl for jailbreak after all. But they should! I see ppl using sandbox to make an attack in war first and know the result, then they choose the target... its unfair.
But looks like there is a program that makes attackers disconnect and SC does nothing about? Seens way worser...![]()

Jail breaking does not cause the problems, using programs to "bot"(automate end user actions) does. Here is an old quote that hopefully explains it.
From what I have seen the programs in question did not cause attackers to disconnect. What caused it was people using methods, available to all players, with multiple devices and accounts to exploit a bug that was discovered.http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...122#post952122
Jailbreaks and tweaks are an unfortunate part of games/gaming and almost any game can be botted... being H<3cked is a completely different thing that we prevent with server-side validation. Clash of Clans is not a h<3ckable game.
As far as people who want to bot, and skirt the rules, we respond to this and constantly make adjustments to the game. The personal break is one example, and there are some other tweaks we've made in the most recent update and in the past that while not as visible, directly address the type of issues that you are referring to.
Anyone shown to be directly engaging in this behavior, that can be proven with solid evidence, can be banned permanently from the game. However, this is not a place to name and shame anyone. If you'd like to report individual users for ch<3ts you'll need to contact Player Support and include any screenshots or other evidence you would like to provide.

It came out with a new i.m.o.d update, so it's fairly new. I don't think SC had time to see this and stop it when it first came out because of the ghosting in clan wars, since SC was too focused on CW and ghosting this i.m.o.d had time to evolve and spread. Also I think some players that did this h@ck were banned
No. I means that there is nothing that can be done about it unless there is clear evidence someone is using it. Think of like running a stop sign. Sure it's against the law but aside from doing it in front of the police, a camera or it leading to a crash with another driver there is nothing that can be done to stop it.

The problem is that this is being done via a client side, if the video posted earlier is accurate(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCV5...ature=youtu.be), it's abusing a glitch that's client side but translates to server side when the end attack button is pressed... This is just my theory but I think it's what's happening.

It's complicated and I may not be the best person to explain it, as I cannot think of a way to without violating TOS. Think of the third party program as well a third party operating your account for you. Short of extreme security measures(like biometrics) it is not possible to stop the "bot", it is however possible to place mechanics in the game that prevent the bot from being effective.
