lol. did you just shift the de to the bias area ?

I would put the elixir opposite my DE lol.

As we are using the elixir to lure enemy to attack from a specific area, far from our DE.

Yikes! Yes I did because I pictured in my mind a strong attack focusing on taking my TH, then spilling over to my precious DE just sitting there. Too much for me to handle so I swapped it to the other side--probably a bad idea. What I was hoping is, like folks often with my previous elixir exposed design, was get attacked essentially twice--once focusing on elixir storage one, then again on elixir storage number two, without massive use of troops that would be needed to grab the DE. My elixir is often taken by TH9 guys, and the better attacks have been pretty effiecient. Can't see them getting "off course" and going for my DE. Too calculating and too careful not to waste the one thing they are after--elixir.

it is still in my opinion doing well for th 8. There were no 100% wipeouts which is good, but as a farmer and always using great bases at higher trophy counts I am not used to losing a lot of gold. I guess the key is to net positive in every sessions and just clash on!. I think I might trophy push to crystal. Wish me luck, and good luck to you as we'll mate.

I hope to push to 2,200, but yeah its tough as a th8, unless we really ignore about resources and just up trophy !

@ jun I can't think of anything better to do with the walls lol. And before I get my level 5 troops I think I might need a semi protected TH to maintain a good trophie count. Anyways thanks for the feedback!

EDIT I might use the extra walls to protect my elixer more and have the walls and teslas around my TH when we're trophy hunting.

I have created a farming base of my previously created trophy base, which can be found on page 53.





Have used it for a couple of days and the record holder so far got ahold of the two lower storages, he went break even on the attack. Holds up well against air attacks also, even though I currently only have one working air defense.

Jun I think you meant TH. Toby can't decide if he wants a farming or Hyrbrid base so he goes with a hybridish-farming base instead.

My defences are maxed TH7. I have no idea how I will hold up in the 1300-1400 range.

It'll work, your/my base held up pretty well in the 1500's and it's holding up well atm (1300's)
