Here we go again. This is my last incarnation for TH8, as you can see I'm going up to TH9 as we speak...
The basic premise for this base is keyhole surgery. To attack it you got to get in through the first wall and then rely on your troops to do the right thing. Once inside though, they are under my control...
Clearly a funneling design, each of those enormously expensive Wiz towers covers a couple of restrictions which force troop into one single spot. I can't tell you how satisfying it is to watch a hundred troops die all at once!
lvl6 giants tend to congregate at the very tips of the peaks and stand there getting hammered by the WMDs (wizard mortar defences).
It is asymmetrical BUT if you look carefully, the archer towers and cannons are almost perfectly mirrored pentagons. The wiggly shape is really there to put people off, to my knowledge there is no weak area as such, it's all pretty much the same. I prefer people to come in where the TH is because one lot of giants get squeezed left, the other right and they both go flying on the springs traps.
The only troops that have got anywhere near taking all the loot are raged PEKKAs, most other attacks fail miserably. Have to say the two PEKKA attacks were well planned revenges (pyrric victories costing way more than they won) and both seemed to be incredibly lucky the PEKKAs wandred off away from the Teslas. I may have to rethingk their placement.
