[Screenshot] Base Designs TH8

Hi all,
Getting bored with boxed-layout and inspired by skull walls, I'm trying to resemble the village to a skull as much as I can, while keeping decent defensive arrangement. It looks like an a-wing too as one of my clan mates told.

I take the screenshot from another account so you don't see where my traps, bomb and tesla (assumed tesla upgrade is completed)

Any constructive comments is welcome.

If I was facing the Skull Village, I would blind both of its eyes, and punch it in the nose, since I need golds.

JK. Very creative and hilarious design haha. Lvl 10 BK & 99% Obama walls are definitely noteworthy at TH8. Congratz and good luck with your upcoming Th9! My BK just got his golden fist a few days ago. I'm still working on 30ish walls and the 3rd AD, then I'm right behind ya!

With this base I was able to defend most resources from most attacks while punishing full on TH9 attack even when I had 3 WT down
North side has more air def tower while have great mortar splash and south has more wiz and TH there to bait in attacks while having south mortar range able to cover the THThese placement help cover each other and having DE in the middle help to defend better
Once I have all wiz tower upgrade I'm pretty sure no one will touch my DE except for those lightening spells

the offset/staggered partitions will make it hard for any army to rush
Place collector even around base to force goblin to run around base

You definitely took the basics of base designing and put them all to work. Your wall configuration could use a tiny bit of tweaking to create more stagger junctions, but it's just an efficiency thing. Overall, great job.

I like your design Vic. Might give it a go, switching TH and DE since I don't care about DE.

But first, I'm gonna stress test next week Junliang' former hybrid design during our trophy run. See how it fares around 2k

Then Pingfao's hybrid. Then Vic's. Then I'll realize this game is an eternal farming journey and TH8 trophy/hybrid are too weak for my 2,5/3K cups dreams

Those are all bad base designs. For the one reason of the Town Hall isn't protected. A lot of people think that it does nothing. But someone could drop one archer on that Town Hall and get one star that easy. Ive done it many times
