Trophy Base: Protect TH only.
Hybrid Base: Protect TH and Resource.
Farming Base: Resource only.

Junliang, Been debating about giving your farm base a tryout
I have been following it for a few days now! Based off your videos it looks effective
On keeping gold secured, As i do agree on the elixir part, I make more than i can spend!
So this is my kinda taste!

Currently using Weee's Layout on CoCBuilder.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with my Farming base in terms of its performance.
I cant recall how many people attack full force, but was only able to get 0 or 1 of my gold/de storage, and nothing else haha.
Not to mention times when I am defending without 2 mortars.
I would say its "Tested and proven" haha
Yup, elixir is usually always overflowing haha !

Air Def wise, Mine will require another 23 days before its maxed out at Lv6, hence I will be running the 2 AD design for now haha.
I just made the 3rd AD layout for those interested. I don't know how they would have 3 AD operating all at the same time though, they are suppose to have atleast 2~4/5 defense upgrading at the same time. Atleast thats what I was doing in order to max out defense fast.

First Lv6 Tesla in 5 days !
Second Lv6 Tesla in 10 days
Then last Lv6 tesla in 16 days haha.

Thats for leaving a builder for tesla right at the start of TH8

Two of my wiz tower were in upgrade, one just finished last night, so other than the top most battle, other defense were with only one wiz tower.

Hi all! Since all my defense is almost maxed out (thanks to additional air def), can you suggest any hybrid base? Currently, this is my setup. No heavy attack so far, they simply take out my townhall to gain cups. Thanks

Are your other two teslas placed behind those builder huts or is one of them by the wizard tower? Is your new air defense going in one of those spots?

Teslas are upgrading in the top corner and will be completed at the same time as TH upgrade. Not too fussed about air defence. Very few farmers use air attacks.

How do you feel about this one guys? I'd especially like to hear opinions of local experts (Jun, Pingfao, pinser, I'm looking at you).

It's a heavily modified version of one of the bases posted on earlier pages. I haven't actually built it yet since I'm still TH7, but I'll probably try it once I'm TH8. The storages closest to town hall are there just as a distraction, they'd probably be much lower level than the inside ones.

I think it has potential, what do you say?

i agree with ping. - very impressive indeed. you actually inspired me to try to think of a new trophy/hybrid setup but with every 3-4 good ideas comes a bad idea lol. i designed a base and even though it hasn't been through one defense i dont like it already. just seems more of a trophy base vs hybrid. wont even waste my time posting but you all are more that welcome to look me up and see it. dont laugh too hard ;p.

not bad at all. I would probably restructure the splash a little bit to be more equally centralized but im' sure it holds well..

May i ask the name of your Clan?

And what method do you used? Archers/Barbs attack with 3 light spells, one star attacK?

And how many days did it take you to climb that high :P

I know but where do you place your teslas when they aren't upgrading? Are you leaving blank spots intentionally or actually putting teslas there?
