I like it.
Maybe take out the builders huts. At the moment it obvious where your teslas are. Taking out the builders huts will keep people guessing.

Also, i'm not a fan of putting wizard towers behind walls. The reason is that their range is limited, you only limit it further but losing 1 row around each side. I think they would work better on the sides next to the storages. I do realise though that you would be stuck with what to do with the 3rd mortar so it's a bit tricky. Anyway, just some comments. I wouldn't bother changing until TH8.

Maybe put your sleeping builder on the air defense or perhaps a mine/collector to keep him busy.

I put the wizard tower there to protect my resources, and yes, I don't know where to put my 3rd mortar.

I put my gold storage there because my gold is low. If I have much gold, I'll swap it with elixir storage because elixir is not that important for me.

Got 3 starred once by full drags(at 1100 trophies), apart from that never lost a significant amount of gold. Been up to 1500 trophies with it. Air defences are swapped with elixir when above 1300 trophies.
Not sure what to do with the T-junctions at the bottom, tried playing around with them before.
Mortar at the top might look exposed, but most attacks come from the bottom and it works well since it covers the storages and is one of the last things to die.
Oh and I copied the basic shape off someone, can't remember who, apologies.

I reckon it looks pretty good. Your storages are spread out, which is nice. Sorry i couldn't get a pic, my iPod wont support it
