    Someone with a ticket (#30xxxxx) just got his back, ticket from 20th April. So ~ 7 weeks.

    Hi,

    Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

    Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

    Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

    Klark - Thanks!!

    Shiv - Stop copying and pasting the same thing in every lost village post. We all get it, there's a lot of tickets and we have to be patient. SC said to make a post if you haven't heard from them in a month, so that's what I did. You don't work for SC and have no clue what's going on... so stop pretending like you do.

    thats true klark...he comments like he work at SC...haha...so funny...and I email him personal but no replay. SC service so DAMM SLOW. I don't hope can get my old account. better ours play for new account or JUST QUIT play. we only have 2 choice NEW PLAYER OR QUIT. haha..no place to complaints if u go SC FACEBOOK STILL no answers. thanks from frustrated player

    Just because someone with a 30 got theirs back doesn't mean you will get your back soon. They don't always get sorted in the order they come, they get put into groups. SOURCE? Searching tends to help.

    As for "have no clue what's going on" all it needs is a bit of researching and looking around to understand how it does work.

    If you "get it" then why would make a thread on it when you "get" the answer, I'd like to see where SUPERCELL say make a thread if you don't get it back.

    Ummm... you kind of stopped replying after asking the same question 100 times. I replied for about 6 days straight :/

    You are here to get helped, which you did.

    Going after Shiv wasn't needed though, he's here to help also, and does it a lot more than me. And even if it's still copy-pasting, what he pasted is relevant to your cases.

    I got an email from SuperCell apologizing for the wait (which was nice of them) and my request has been passed onto their support team. Does this mean I'm close to getting my village back or should I expect another month or so?
