I am lvl 104 with a town hall 10 with lvl 7 & 8 walls. I have max lvl barbs, gobs, healers, and hogs. We have some players with max archers and giants as well (I'm working on it).
Im 33 years old, live in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. I play this every day when I'm not working or fishing. I have put endless hours in global chat to find members but since clan wars it's been a task to keep the clan full with active and social people.
I rarely ask for people to trophy push unless we are getting low on members then it help it global to persuade better than average players to come to us. Farming is the way to go in my opinion and to be honest I'm not a big fan of clan wars but you gotta keep the clan members happy too.
We also have a private facebook group (West Side Newfs) dedicated to the clan in case we want to share attack strategies, pics, jokes or whatever you want to do that cannot be done in the in-game chat.
