    I can´t transfer my village

    Hello guys!

    I bought a new device that I installed CoC. At the time of installation, the game asked me to connect this village in Google+. So, I did it.

    Now I would like to transfer my village with Town Hall level 8 to my new device but I can´t choose my village. The only option is connect the new village Town Hall level 2.

    I have sent an email (10.05.2014) to clashofclans.android@supercell.net and i have received the following ticket number (#3317471):

    Hi,

    Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

    Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

    Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

    Transfer

    Sounds like they did not think this part through. I am having the same problem linking my base from an old IPhone to a new IPhone. One phone tells me that they will synchronize and the new phone is asking for a code# and I am unable to see how to get this code off of the old phone.

    If you don't then follow these steps:
    Open Clash
    Press the settings icon
    Pressing Help And Support
    Press Report An Issue
    Press Lost Village.

    If you can't access the game, or don't have an e-mail setup on your device, you can directly e-mail them at:clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and support will help you as soon as possible.

    If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

    Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

    The following information will be required:

    Name of the old village:
    Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
    Town Hall level of the lost village:
    Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:

    It is recommended that you DO NOT PASS TOWN HALL 4 on the new village, this may cause problems in the recovery procedure!

    If you don't get a reply after a month or two please post back stating your ticket number.
