Don't get ripped off by people who are trading TEM at ridiculous ratios! I have all TEM available except for maps. I need nails, panels, bolts, planks and tape. I will trade any TEM 1:1 for those BEM and SEM! For tar, you get 3:1 for anything (mine:yours).

The TEMs are in best case the same value as the LEMs, and they are to high value around here at the moment to.
So new members to this fleamarket, and lower levels - take care, be patient, and avoid falling in to many of the traps being posted around here. It's possible to do a lot better, than many of the offers around here. But that's just my opinion!

Easy Farmer! "Bob" is a respected trader and I've traded with him several times with no problem. Just because people have different trading ratios doesn't mean they are trying to rip people off. You have a choice of whom you trade with. You can accept their ratio or not. Different expansions have different value to different players who are in different levels in the game. It's up to the person looking for expansions to browse the thread and decide who to contact. Just like you said...it's a flea market, feel free to counteroffer! Happy Farming all!
