Effect type: A stopwatch pops up n says 0:10 freeze time then shrinks beside the regular timer which has frozen. The edges of the screen now have frost on them. (Would be an epic add-on (When stopwatch stops frost shatters))
Damage Type/Amount: Stops time for 0:10 amount of time. ( You will get more time as you upgrade.)
