Depending on how many stars/destruction level and level of the "Prison" you can take some of the enemies troops. Plenty ways to go about this, very easy idea to manipulate.
It could just be a trap that captures the first troop that passes over it. It should have a housing lvl so that pekka and Heros will bot get caught.
Trap that captures some and maybe a chance to get troops from raids like gold and elixirs. There is a separate camp that keeps pows.
