Town hall 11 blue color (matches electric walls) and new league above 4000 trophies

Town hall upgrade cost: 5,000,000 gold
Time: 14 days (decrease other th's time)

New unlocks: Lvl 4 inferno tower (when multi target damage increases like single target)
Lvl 8 tesla (We need stronger defenses, in high champs league its impossible to win a defense)
One more cannon and one more arch tower

I like the look, for the TH11. Myself I was thinking they might use the Tesla upgrade for a new troop update too. Considering the current upgrade costs they could make it higher than level 8, if they wanted. How ever, they should consider a TH11 update. I was thinking even Champion III, II and I leagues. Then a new league for 3800+ trophies?

That would work well with dark barracks upgrades for more dark troops, and a dark elixer drill lvl 7 would be great.

That, and another dark elixir drill, depending on what they do with heroes, laboratory and the storage. A new defence would be interesting too. Catapult for extremely long range defence wouldn't hurt anything.

Inferno Towers are much easier to take down than most people think. They are powerful, how ever everyone wants a new dark barracks troop more powerful than the witch. Defences need something done to them before that happens.

Lvl 1 and lvl 2 inferno towers will have multi target (no single target) but damage doesn't increases lvl 3 inferno tower increases damages and lvl 4 inferno tower deals double the damage of lvl 3 inferno tower

I do not think we need a new league over 4000 for the reason that there are only about 200-225 people at 4000+.
