This is a request for the password protection to be modified to block an IP address for 15 minutes, instead of an account.
At first I thought I had mistyped my password enough that my account got locked. So I changed my password through my email. I copied and pasted the new pass that I was sent. This issue continued. I waited about 25 minutes and typed it out very thoroughly.
To conclude the situation, I believe someone was either attempting to log into my account. Or they were doing this, so I was unable to log in.
Is there anything that can be done about this situation? Or is it something we may have to occasionally deal with?
