I just got this message in war as well. How do we notify supercell?
According to SuperCell support:
"If you're checking out the opponent's War Bases and see one with '0' war win bonus, it simply means that the data has not yet finished syncing. Loading up a Clan War involves collecting a lot of data, and this sometimes takes a little while.
Try again later, and you should see the correct amount of bonus available if you win the battle -- and the war."
Which is all fine and well...except the clan war in question now has fewer than 10 hours remaining...seriously?
The same has happened to us. We are a hardcore war clan and there are less than 12 hours left. We have complained to Supercell and nothing has been done. We cannot hit the base at all and it could cost us later on in the war. Please fix this SuperCell. It should not take 12 hours to sync one base
