Dear All,

I have a strange issue which I just faced. Looks like my account was ♥♥♥♥ed.

A few minutes back I was getting repeating pop ups that do I want to save my game to a different game center id and I kept pressing no. I verified that I was logged in with correct game centre id but it still didn't stopped. So finally I pressed yes thinking it will save the game to my account only.


But within a few minutes all my expansion materials were gone which included all the town expansions as well for which I had worked so hard.


I have reported this to super cell. Is there something else I can do ?

Does your farm also connect with FB ? Change your FB password.

Anyone else have access to a device with your GC id logged in / where your farm was once in the past ?



I'm afraid by the time you get the pop up, your farm is already loaded on another device and attached to another GC. That's why Hay Day detected your current GC and the GC your farm is attached to are not the same and showed the pop up. This does not happen because you pressed YES.

this ^^^^ sadly i'm sorry to say someone has your account this may be because they have guessed your game centre/google+ password or you gave it to them in some way, perhaps when you sold a device, logged into a device at a friends house or apple store.

Anyway the point is support need to fix it so until they can get back you you, you are going to have to put up with the guy playing your account i'm afraid.

Thanks for your replies but no one has access to my account or any devices on which my farm was located.. I only play on my ipad and iphone which are not accessible by anyone else...

So the only way is they broke my game center password...

its really sad when we loose all our hard work and love for the farm, we make with our full heart.

i will just suggest, you to go to support team , via mail and via your device too.

its not something different what we encountered with my auntie's account. by accident it got overwritten .... but yes she got her farm back !
it took the support team about 2 - 3 weeks, but yes their support was a 100% win to sort out the problem.

i hope and wish you get your farm back soon, too !
