I think it better make trading system. Not just between clan but to all players.
For example 1k gold for 1k elixir or vice versa.
It's a really good idea because sometimes I need 50k gold left to upgrade a building but my mom says I have to go to sleep and I have no shield on and I don't want to loose gold so I think donating to other clan members will be good. Supercell, you should look into this.
