What purpose would the blocklist serve?
If you hate someone just stay away from them or ask an elder to kick them out.

This is a good and detailed way to add friends in game. I really want this.

This is a feature most of social games come with. I am surprised it's missing in such a popular game. Add "write reason" when reporting players to diminish the amount of subjective reports.
