Hey guys(&gals). Welcome to a freaktell tng list of my ideas! Below is just a little description of my ideas.
1. Moderators Rule!
Basically, moderators are a bunch of players who volunteer to aid the chat to be a better place. Moderators firstly can choose to either moderate in a normal colour(their posts on global) or in other colours specified by SC. Moderators can warn, mute or ban players who flout the rules or ToS of SC. However, moderators are to first pass the application of sorting out "faulty"players, as moderators are the frontline of SC.
The sort out basically checks for mutes, bans, or reports on the moderator-applicant's device. If SC decides to have a Head Moderator or Lead Moderator in-charge of all the moderators, then the Head(Moderator) or the Lead will do the sort out.
Being a moderator will not be paid. And moderators do not have special powers above the game. They are just normal players who helps to moderate the chat, nothing else. A common misconception of moderators is that they can send you in-game currency. They can't.

2. Private Messages? Shhh... I can't disclose...
Everyone know Private Messages are between either 1 people or many people. They are often directed to their targeted receiver. But this one is different. Players who receive the messages can choose the block them or report to the moderators that the sender is spamming, that way, hell there's way to spam people!
