Issue with ♥♥♥♥er

Hi everyone,

I have an issue that I believe can only be a ♥♥♥♥. Someone keeps joining our clan, talking abusively, and when he is kicked, joins within seconds. We thought it was a current member inviting him, but the speed at which he returns makes me doubt this. We have tried upping the trophy level, closing the clan...nothing works. I would like to report this player, but it appears the only way to do that is through global chat. This person uses very foul language and we have some younger members. Any advice?

Demote everyone to member and see if it still happen.

If it stop then someone in is with the guy. The job is to find who.

Someone is inviting him- there's no other explanation.

But you can report the player by sending screenshot evidence in an email to SC support, which you can do ingame under settings->report an issue.

Thanks all. The clan leader demoted everyone to member except for three trusted co's, and one of the two ♥♥♥♥ers showed up again after that, but we suspect it might have been an old invite from before the demotion, because the co's are all longtime and up and up clanners. We're going to keep it this way for a bit to see if they show up again. So far, it has been quiet.

I know the leader has also contacted COC to look into this, because as I said, these people were incredibly abusive and we have some kids in our clan.

I also understand COC is looking into a permanent ban option for leaders only, because it appears we are not the only clan with a troll problem. I hope they do that as it would save lots of clans grief. We're all here to play and win, not get trolled and turn off kids from playing.
