48 spaces open must have 600 trophies , must use English and have English name. First five recruits will be instant elder! After that min elder required to donate 250 troops. Will also promote top 8 ranked recruits to coleader but if you slip you will be demoted to elder if ranked lower than 20 will be demoted to member. Just seems the more you accomplish the more you acheive.
