I thought of another idea today. As far as I know only me and Quil have our level 9 barracks. Seeing as we are the only two who can donate dragons and the elixir/training time of dragons is high its obvious we will only be willing to donate to devoted members. So I thought of a few options:

1. We reward members a dragon for every X amount of donations. So say we lift the minimum to 150/week. Than for every 150 donations that member would be entitled to a dragon. This would encourage people to continue donating after they have reached the minimum

2. We only donate to members who maintain a donation amount well above the clan minimum. So we say if a clan member wishes to get dragons as a donation he or she must donated at least X amount per week. (600 for example). Seeing as I have the weekly numbers stored this would also be easy to track.

Just a few ideas that would get people more involved I thought up in class. Let me know what everyone thinks!

Maybe i'm a bit harsh, but if people need to be motivated to donate, they shouldn't belong here. We're still in our childhood as a clan, and now is a good time to bind loyal and motivated group of players to ourselves. The way we work now makes it a bit easier to see who's committed to our cause and who isn't. In time, we're all able to make dragons and then we can toss them around .
But that's only my opinion.

That said, i do apreciate the fact that your willing to donate that much time and elixer to your friendly clanmates!

I agree with Bhoro regarding people having to be motivated to donate, it should be a naturally thing for all of us to check clan chat when we log on and scroll down to see any open troop requests.

It really annoys me when some members ignore these open requests for troops, but expect other clan members to donate to them. Or worse still donate to some requests and not others.

I agree 100% with what you are saying, being part of a clan implies you should help you're other clan members as much as you can. My suggestion was aimed more towards getting those who don't donate as often to get more involved. Also, because we are a younger clan and only a few of us have access to dragons, I thought maybe having them as a temporary reward would be a way of limiting the number of dragons instead of me and Quil and whoever else being constantly asked for dragons.

Once again I do agree completely with what you both are saying and I have no problems donate dragons. I appreciate your feedback and your commitment to BUILT. You are both excellent members!

BUILT sends its regards Mike$, I will have to discuss our involvement in your war with my Elders. BUILT looks for a prosperous relationship with the Bear Empire, but I am unaware whether my clan wishes to enter a full scale war. I will have talks with my clan and we will vote on it. We will have an official position in one weeks time (or less), but as far as I am concerned, the IceBears belongs to the Bear Empire.

Hey Quil, was checking the first post and thought it might be a good idea to post the clan requirements or a brief summary of the clan right at the beginning of your first post. Something like what we expect trophy, donation and participation wise, or maybe the range of our levels and trophies. That way people won't have to look far to know if our clan is right for them! Just a thought!

We have defeated the Rebels. The Icebear clan has been retaken by Bear forces and is now once more part of the Bear Empire. Your assistance in that matter is no longer needed, thanks.

However, before the war against the Rebels could be successfully brought to a conclusion. two other clans decided to side against us with the Rebel forces. Therefore the Bear Empire is currently at war with Revolution 1776 and The Shield.

I hereby propose that the Built and the Bear Empire sign a Mutual Defence Treaty, whereby an attack on one of our clans is a considered an attack on all of our clans.

Should you be willing to sign this treaty, you will then of course be at war with Revolution 1776 and The Shield. However, I am confident, given your Viking heritage, that you will not shy away from a BRUTAL STRUGGLE FOR SURVIVAL against these warmongering tribes.
