Where did you get that paint splatter background? I like it Also, how do you make your borders? I use an inner glow but it never looks too great

I used the brushes pixlr had like smudge and splatter/scatter and found which I liked and used. You go to layer styles and click bevel and inner shadow.

Bevel:
Style: Inner
Distance:4
Size:5
Angle: 33 degrees
Highlights: Black w/ 100% opacity
Shadows: Black w/ 100% opacity

Inner Shadow:
Opacity: 67
Distance:5
Size: 5
Angle: -127 degrees
Color: Black


GLHD you can change to where you like it or use this way!
