Much better bro! Now try messing with background layers and adding extra effects in! The more effects/filters, the more complex your work gets. Obviously, piling on a ton of everything is stupid but using certain filters and tehniques will help make your sigs look more proffesional.

I say he just started and is improving quickly. Also he has a great personality and is very friendly. He also has great ideas and takes criticism and improves. You are lacking all of this.
