Thanks for the kind words. As Junliang mentioned, Hidden Tesla compartments will attract Wall Breakers once the Tesla has been activated. I toyed around with this idea briefly using open Hidden Tesla pockets to create unexpected Wall Breaker paths, which can throw attackers off.

    Thanks PingFao,

The Southern strips are meant to be maze-like funnels for giants and wbs. Those white walls of mine has not been attacked by wbs ever since they were erected. Once wbs spawn, they will zigzag and attempt to attack the walls behind my canon.

I am still playing around with it. If you want to check out my base every so often, you are welcome to visit.

Keep the findings & ideas coming! I encourage everyone to contribute, so we can all learn how to defend more effectively against these revamped, wall-breaking buggers.

Do you mind sharing a couple of replays on how those strips work? I'm interested to see how far Wall-Breakers would zigzag, instead of blowing a path through the strips.

Wow, nice thread, great job Pingfao and all the contributors. Nice findings and I think I will redesign my base soon - waiting for league to come out then do it together!

Sorry if this was posted before but, in response to Daddy's video, I do not think the decoys work exactly like that. Don't wall breakers head for the nearest enclosed building, AND take the nearest path to them? With that said, that is the reason why in the practice map, the wallbreaker still went through the wall once the tower was destroyed. With the decoy builders hut, I would assume that once archers destroy the hut, one could drop wallbreakers and it would go for the other walls of the base.

    Correct me if mistaken.

    Thanks

I used them for quite awhile, unfortunately wb attack were rare for me. I had 3 traps, one time archers destroyed the hut and wbs ignored it. Another time they couldn't have worked better, the first deployment took one decoy then the second went, what I'd have thought, way out of it's way to get another. So you are correct but the decoys do work if the attacker misses them or doesn't understand why they're there.

The goal here is to protect my air defense. My hope is that the first couple wallbreakers will be funneled into the spring trap and activate the tesla, and that further wallbreakers will be diverted toward the tesla's compartment. The secondary purpose of the tesla is to give my point defense more time to shoot giants before they take out the AD and can safely deploy a healer.

Any reason why this wouldn't work? Anything anybody can think of to improve it?

Thanks for sharing your experience with that mechanic. I personally never tried it, so Daddy is the guy to talk to about it.

Looks like a reasonable utilization of Wall Cushions to redirect WB paths over traps. Good job.
