They are warring doesn't mean they are back. I believe they are warring weaker clans to hone their skills. But they are not back actively searching out strong clans to spar...Actually, they're back. They're now at 104 war wins.
I think an ITD vs IIB round 4 would be really epic now.
Of course, we don't know the actual level of the "new" IIB but it should be interesting nonetheless.
I hope we'll see that in the near future
