During the preparation day, clan members choose the two enemy villages they wish to attack. At any time they can change their choices. In the war page the choices of all clan members can be seen. A stronger member could then try to go for a stronger enemy if weaker members have chosen the weaker enemies, or could go for a weaker enemy if nobody wants to attack that enemy.
