When the leader or a coleader starts a war, there is a first step where the clan members are requested to join the war. At any time the leader or coleaders may stop hiring and then the war would start as usual, looking for an enemy clan. Since not all the clan members are always available at the same time, this would help to have wars where all the participants are active. We are all friends in my clan, and I don't want to fire any of them, but not all of them can make it for the wars all the time and that makes us lose a lot of wars. Members that did not join the war have to wait for the next one. This feature could be optional: in the clan configuration page we could have a check box for indicating whether there is a previous hiring phase in wars or not.
