every time my daughter plays clan wars she attacks, gets 3 stars, taken to the victory screen, shows the 3 stars, and the bonuses, but when she goes to the clan wars target screen it shows a bonus of 0, no stars added to the clan, that she has not attacked at all, and 0 gold/elixir added to her banks. This has happened 15 out of last 18 attacks and it takes her spells and troops with no reward.
It's also causing the clan to lose when someone cannot attack.
