    Cuatomer Service

    A better customer service staff. While we are at better programmers so issues like this are not happening.

    If I make changes to my normal base it is not reflecting in the war base. The warbase is also not showing the right amount of items either. Cleared the data on my phone, cleared the cache force quit the app and then uninstalled it. Rebooted and then reinstalled with the exact same issue. I have also force closed the game on all devices with nu luck. Followed the instuctions they e-mailed with no results, e-mailed them back and have heard nothing yet let alone a resolution. Have a war starting in under 20 hours and I am stuck waiting for the company to get off their ♥♥♥♥ and get some customer service going.

    With regards to your issue, the changes that you are making on
    the normal base will be reflected in the war base. The changes that you are
    making in the war base will not reflect in the normal base.



    In this case, I suggest that you edit your normal base to make
    those changes in the war base and fix the issue.



    If the changes are not reflecting in the war base, please close
    the Clash of Clans application. Then free up device memory by closing apps that
    are running in the background. To do this on iOS 7, double tap the 'Home'
    (square) button to see all the apps running in the background, then swipe them
    upwards to close them.



    After that, open the Clash of Clans application. The changes
    that you made in the normal base should reflect in the war base.

    How much have you paid for clash of clans?

    Take a photo of your war base, what exactly is the problem?

    Is this your way of complaining about having to update a war base and a normal base separately?

    If so, that's normal.

    But normal updating war base, they mean the actual upgrading of your normal buildings. It will update on the ear base, but layout wise, you have to maintain them separately.

    2: They get thousands if not tens of thousands of issue emails per day, the fact that clan wars is still buggy is making matters worse, so wait 4-8 weeks for an reply
