The trade system would base on what the player would want to trade, if a player wanted 5 gems and 200 gold for 5,000 elixir they could trade betwixt each other, they could also add a gift system, gift you're friends gold, elixir, gems, dark elixir, ect. But I think the players trading with each other should share the same clan.

*Donating (or trading) resources or gems to (with) other players *An exchange building to convert between elixir, gold, dark elixir, or gems *Assign multiple builders to one build/upgrade *Upgradeable builders’ huts – lvl 2 huts for a 5% time decrease? *Player search function *Ability to change village name *Active/ Live “Online Status” examples: colored icons, on/off indicator, etc. *Indicate last online date *Remove the “Report” button/feature from global chat. Abused too often, and mute is better solution

It's been ruled out.... I know it sound like a good idea now, but trust me this would totally ruin the game and absolutely destroy the loot system, and no one wants to read any more loot complaint threads. And forget ever reaching any sort of champions ranking, the top players are there because they have the time and money to be there, if we could trade resources and gems those at the top would never have to worry about being attacked ever again because there would be no consequence.
