Anyway, reporting it to the Police is kinda silly for a game, no offence. I mean the Apple ID is different, if it has your info on it contact apple but for your Clash account, wait for SC.

well he linked my base on a new device and whenever i am online he just load the game so i can't play properly so for now i am stuck not playing and waiting for some help from SC

well, you could contact apple to, change password and such of the GC, because to link a village you need to get someones GC, and as I just read, that is something more serious
