MY SECOND ACCOUNT IS HAC-KED
Please help ! i am actually playing on ios , my clashofclans second account was HAC-KED ,its a lvl 109 nearly max th9
i put money , time , and effort on it , i do know the name of the HAC-KER and his location but that doesn't help , i just sent an e-mail to clashofclans feedback , i can provide more info if you can help . I still don't know if he HAC-KEDed my game center and he is playing using game center only or if he lined my account on a second device of his . PLEASE I NEED TO RECOVER THIS ACCOUNT ! contact me on twitter @cocexpert . PLEASE HELP!

How come it doesn't help? there are laws againts that, and the only case I know that was solved about this included the police so, go ahead and do that

yes and i gave them a screen shot ofmy base , i just received and e mail from the support team saying tha someone will help me asap

Actually the account isn't the OP's, it is SC's. Their ToS states that all accounts are SC's. The OP can't do anything with the police.

He can't do anything with the police regarding the account.

If you are taking care of a dog, and the dog is steal on his care, can't he report it?
