Supercell not helping

Hey guys i had made my clash of clans on google but i have gotten a new iPod but i already linked it to an iPod i don't use anymore and it won't let me link again so i can get it on my new iPod i emailed supercell about a month ao and they sent a message about having a lot of tickets and they still never got back to me please help

Did u link ur COC account with game center? If so u could link through game center, also, don't spam tickets or SC won't be able to help.

it linked to my friends gamecenter and wont let me unlink it
