I think the biggest problem for clan war right now is that if a clan has more inactive members than the enemy clan, it's pretty much impossible to win a war. It is unfair, and it keeps the clan war from being fun.

(There are various reasons for a clan not to simply kick-out inactive members, they might be friends, they might still plays the game but not very actively (in farming mode), some might be busy during the clan war period and unable to participate. )

The idea to overcome all these is simply add a SIGN-UP feature, when the leader (co-leader) starts a war, members will have the choice to choose whether they want to join the war or not, then the search for opponent clan begins.

And it would be cool if every member can receive a push message once the sign-up phase has begun.

Its a great idea, but you would need a time frame for signing up, and most people dont play clash 24/7 and may miss the sign up.

I think it should be a little long like another 24 hours, becuase the sign up phase could be over night when they are asleep (8pm to 8 am).

That will just prolong the time interval between wars even more. The current 2-day interval is already annoying.

Good idea, n I think players should be able to design their war base even the clan is not at war. In that case, preparation time can be shorter to save more rooms for sign-up time.

If you are in the clan, you are already signed up. If you don't want to go to war, find a clan that is just for farming.

Leaving that aside, inactive people should be kicked off the clan. One can be inactive for many reasons, but those reasons shouldn't be an excuse to leave your clan in a bad position during wars.

Any responsible person would let the leaders know, leave the clan, and join back when he/she's able to assist actively. No leader would have troubles accepting those back.

Those that don't even bother to say "I'm going to be inactive for some time due to (insert reasons)" know deserve the kick.

I agree with what ur saying here, but that would be a way to manage a very active, war fighting clan. I think the majority of the clans in this game would be like mine, there r active players and there r also some inactive players.

I'm a leader myself, n it is just cold to kick some friends simply because they r too busy and unable to play a game for a period of time. And to ask them to leave and come back latter sounds just like an alternative way to overcome what's lacking here, and that is a simple sign-up feature, LOL.

In my clan we are most of us people that have a job and kids and we are not always available. And I am not kicking anyone out of the clan, we meet here when we can and we have a bit of fun. I proposed to have a first phase of joining the war, and let the leader or coleaders start the war when they think all the available people have joined. People that did not join will simply have to wait for the next war.
