Haven't hear back from Supercell for almost two weeks. Am I being impatient?

I ended up losing my phone a few weeks back. I thought my CoC would be associated with my email or Google+ but it seems I have to start from level 1. I was at a lvl 7 town hall. I'm really worried! I was in a clan with all my friends and now its just quite sad.

Anyway, my ticket number was #3516005 and I of course have no idea what this number means or if my issue has even been glanced at.

Curious if any of you have advice.

I don't think it's really impatience, moreover support's fault for being slow.

Replies can take over two months, so you might wanna start to make a cuppa whilst you wait.
