Ah that helps.. but please read the following carefully and re-read if necessary.
Some people manage to make this work for a while but as a rule you can't have 2 games on 1 GC ID.
They end up losing a farm sooner or later and if so there is no way of getting it back.
We need to reconnect your high level farm to GC and get the other lvl 6 disconnected.
To start log out of GC on the iPod and remove Hay Day from the apps running in the back ground. You can already remove the app entirely.
After you have done this (and don't switch all these steps) Make sure you are signed into GC on the iPad so open GC when you do completely force close Hay Day. Open Hay Day on the iPad and it should load the lvl 37 farm. Then post here you have done so.. your neighbours might have to force close or reopen as well but that may not be necessary it could take a couple of minutes. You can also send me a request so I can check as well.
Once we get this sorted the following is important.
Since it's only a level 6 farm there is no real loss yet. Think carefully if you want another farm on your iPod.
If you decide you want it you need to restore to the factory settings of the device however this will erase everything on the iPod so back up those things you want to keep but don't back up the complete device as this will restore some of the information we need to get rid of.
After you have done the factory reset you need to create a completely new GC ID. Then you can download Hay Day again.. If it aks you to confirm to load your level 6 then don't and start over.
Now you can enjoy 2 farms. Don't switch between farms on 1 device. Keep them seperated at all times.
