    The one who wants to sell puts up 1 wheat for 1 coin. And the one who has to buy buys the wheat first. In that case d name of the buyer os written (if he/she is in d seller's friend list) confirmin dat d person is present there. Then d seller puts up d thing to be sold, so dat it dsnt end up in "wrong hands" thats wheating!
